Sinter Bronze Filter Cleaning Plant

Introduction

It is often seen that cleaning of Sintered Bronze Filter elements are carried out by immersing in soap water, Kerosene or Petrol following brushing manually or hand washing. This surly does not complete the cleaning in terms of opening / clearing the pores and removing stains etc. from the surface of the filer element. “AUTOKLENZ” cleaning work station using ‘METAKLENZ” cleaning agent is the solution to all problems of cleaning sintered bronze filter elements correctly and effectively.

  • For Cleaning all types & sizes of Sintered Bronze Filter elements
  • For cleaning rubber parts , small brass / copper parts like plungers, contactors etc.

Traction Motor End-Shield Cleaning Plant for LOCO application

Introduction

It is often seen that cleaning of Traction motor end shield with bearing is a very difficult task since it is totally covered with heavy layer of dust, grease and other foreign particles. At present it is cleaned by spraying kerosene with or without air jet which results in a lot of wastage of kerosene, air and man hours without proper end result.

Panel type filter cleaning plant:

Introduction

The different panel type filters used at various locations are presently cleaned by simply dusting it using compressed air in open area and subsequently cleaning them by water spraying by nylon or rubber pipe. This leads to spreading of dust all over the area. The water cleaning also makes the floor and area around dirty. In this situation an enclosed “ AUTOKLENZ” filter cleaning system provides the complete solution to end the filter washing problem.
